These results will be insanely beneficial if you drink cold water as the body expends a few more calories to get the water to your body temperature.

RIGHT, MIX OF TRAINING:
Everyone talks about cardio like the most underrated thing on earth but it really isn’t. Cardio workouts are best to reduce belly fat. Even Resistance training helps a lot and it ensures your metabolism is not slowed down and whatever is there under the fat looks good. Doing 30mins of cardio every time before you start your actual training helps you lose more fat than working out without cardio.
